It measures 24.4" x 14.6" x 4.7" (62 x 37 x 12 cm) — a standard footprint that fits most standard and queen pillowcases. Because of the contoured shape, a slightly loose case works best so the curve is never flattened.
Medium firm. The slow-rebound foam softens to your body heat so it feels cushioned rather than hard, while the moulded core keeps its contoured shape under the weight of your head.
Side and back sleeping are the best fit. The taller wing fills the shoulder gap for side sleeping; flip to the lower wing for back sleeping. If you sleep mainly on your front, a flatter pillow will feel more comfortable.
Give it 5 to 7 nights. A contoured shape feels different at first because your head and neck rest in a new position, so allow a few nights to get used to it. The 30-night trial is there for exactly that reason.
Unzip the quilted outer cover and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or air dry. Never wash or soak the memory foam core — spot clean it with a damp cloth and let it dry fully.
